
On 9th of March 2026, the American Business Council Nigeria hosted the representatives of the Atlantic Black Chamber at the American Guest Quarters. Representatives of the U.S Consulate attended. The Chairman of American Sustainability Committee and Managing Director of Dow Adebisi A. who chaired the meeting noted that the American Business Council promotes trade and investment between Nigeria and the US -Nigeria’s investment landscape is dynamic, driven by economic reforms and a large consumer market. He added that key sectors where reforms are happening and showing growth include Banking and Finance, Digital Technology, Real Estate and Infrastructure, Agriculture and Manufacturing and Creative Sector spanning Film, music, fashion, and tourism and exuding key milestones. Adebisi Adeoti he also noted that “the Nigerian Government is prioritizing economic diversification, industrialization, and private sector investment, to make the country attractive for investment. Collaboration with international partners to unlock sustainable growth and improve the country’s competitiveness.
